During a raid you will be awarded the following EP for your efforts -

• +25EP - Per Hour of attendance.
• +50EP - Per Hour of attendance on new bosses (ie progress content)
• +25EP - Per boss kill (Farm bosses).
• +200EP - Per new boss kill.
• +100EP - Full raid attendance.

Now also there may be other additions that at the discretion of the Raid Leader they may wish to credit the raid additional EP for efforts, good trys on a new boss. Values will be at the discretion of the Raid Leader.

Now obviously we dont want to give these out but during set times we are going to need to give out minus's. Below is a list what the management have brought up and feel are adequate numbers to stop any slacking that may occur within raid time.


During the raid you will be deducted the following EP for slacking -

• -50EP - Penalties on missing food buff & Flasks. 
• -100EP - Not clicking accept or decline on calendar.
• -200EP - Signing up for a raid and not showing up will result in this minus.
• -50EP - Going AFK in a raid without prior notice to the Raid Leader.

Now with regards to the minus EP on the calendar, we feel these values might seem slightly high or unfair but it is to stop the slacking that people seem to do with thinking they can do as they wish with regards to not showing up to raids and to not bother spending 10 seconds to open there calendar and to click a button with raids that are always on there in advance. We understand that some people cannot always know what days they can raid but the forums are here with a topic that you can let us know, and obviously special circumstances will allow you to be exempt from this minus EP.

Also Breaks. Now at and around 22:00 we have a 10 minute break, which is for everyone to get refreshed go feed there cat, get a some food/drink w/e it is you need to do. We do not condone people wasting others time as we only raid a certain amount of hours per week. We all wish these hours to be fruitful.

First of all you will recieve a -50EP for holding the raid up, and if the Raid leader feels the need to you will be removed from the raid and replaced.
Now not only have you recieve the penalty of the -50EP but you further more damage yourself over by not recieving the +100EP for full raid attendance.

In short these awards and deductions are here to ensure those who put the effort in are rewarded and those who do not are punished. We do not take lightly to docking people and fortunately we rarely have to as it is commonplace that people respect each other's time and dedication to what we are trying to achieve within Altruism.
